The republican patriotic forum "El tiregi – enbek adamy" was held in Kostanay. The event was organized within the framework of the state social order of the Public Development Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region. The purpose of the forum is to increase the prestige of a working person, popularize working professions, develop a system of technical and vocational education, as well as strengthen patriotic values among young people.
The forum program began on November 23 with the seminar "Path to Profession – Path to the future: the role of technical and vocational education" at the Kostanay College of Motor Transport. The participants discussed modern requirements for working professions, the need to expand dual education and current issues of technical personnel training.
The next day, the participants honored the memory of the outstanding public figure Mirzhakyp Dulatov by laying flowers at his monument. The main part of the forum was held at the IQOSTANAY smart center and brought together representatives from different regions of the country.
Special attention at the forum was paid to the Kakimzhanov labor dynasty. Daurenbek Kabzhanuly, known as one of the best employees of the Timofeev state farm, passed on his love for the land to his descendants. His son Madiyar created his own farm and provided work to the residents of Sosnovka village, and his grandson Shyngys became the winner of regional and national competitions of professional skills. His achievements were noted at the forum, and the award was presented to him by the Hero of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayran Bukanov.
Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Kuspekov was among the honored guests of the forum. He started his career in college as a production foreman, went through the path of leadership and gained significant experience in the field of education and management. At the forum, the deputy awarded Elena Simanchuk, a lecturer at the Department of Biology and Chemistry of the regional University. In her speech, Elena Alexandrovna emphasized that patriotism manifests itself through concrete actions: the introduction of scientific research, modern technologies and innovative teaching methods makes a real contribution to the country's economy. She noted that such initiatives help students not only to master knowledge, but also to be active participants in the economic and social progress of Kazakhstan.
Deputy Akim of Kostanay region Bakhytzhan Narymbetov congratulated the participants of the forum and stressed its importance:
"President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the country's development is primarily based on skilled labor. Kostanay region is turning into an actively developing industrial center: new enterprises are being opened, including a high-tech KIA plant, logistics is developing and a dry port is being built.
Today, more than 22,000 young people are learning technical and working professions, and many are interning directly at the workplace. This proves that the region's personnel training system generates international-level specialists.
Dear young people! You are the future of the economy of the region and the country. Honest work is a source of dignity and a path to the heights of the future. I wish you great success and bright achievements!"
The forum brought together students and teachers from Akmola, Pavlodar, Aktobe, North Kazakhstan regions and Astana, the capital of the country. This was an opportunity for the participants to exchange experiences, discuss professional challenges and strengthen regional human resources.
By promoting labor, professional and patriotic values, the Forum has become a platform for bringing together young professionals who will become the backbone of the development of key industries in Kazakhstan in the future.
