On December 4, 2025, an Open Day was held in online format in all branches of the UAPF as part of awareness-raising activities among the population. This time, there was not a single set topic – the Foundation's specialists answered all the questions from the audience.

          When should I start planning my retirement in order to live comfortably after graduation? 

There was a heated discussion on these and other topics during the last event.  The Fund's specialists also told the participants about the possibilities of using the Fund's online tools and services provided to monitor their retirement account, about the procedure for applying for payments to improve housing conditions and/or pay for medical treatment (EPO), about the reasons for changes in investment income and about the calculations of payments according to the schedule to persons eligible for pension payments. In addition, responsible employees of the regional divisions conducted personal consultations on the formation of pension capital. 

        The online meeting aroused great interest and, according to the feedback from the participants, was useful and productive.

Depositors can always get advice on pension system issues both at UAPF branches and online: on the enpf website.kz, in messengers and social networks. How to do this was also discussed at the event.
