The Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat hosted a meeting of the interim commission to discuss the draft budget for 2026, presented by the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Following the discussion, the Housing and Communal Services department was recommended to update the list of sections of the road network planned for medium and gravel repairs in 2026, taking into account the proposals of the deputies.

In addition, it is necessary to provide financing in the budget for the phased construction of fences and canopies of sites for the collection of solid household waste, which will contribute to improving the sanitary condition of courtyards.

It is also recommended to invest funds for carrying out work on sanitary pruning of trees in the territories of urban cemeteries.

Special attention is paid to the development and maintenance of transport infrastructure facilities. In this regard, the department is recommended to provide for the costs of repairing public transport stops.
