Mobile transfers: What will change from 2026: From January 1, 2026, a new criterion for monitoring mobile transfers will be introduced. What is changing? Previously, only the number of transfers was taken into account — 100 or more from different persons for 3 consecutive months. Now another condition is added:  The total amount of these receipts for the same 3 months must exceed 12 minimum wages (minimum wage).  When is there a sign of entrepreneurial activity? If your personal account (not for business) for each of the 3 consecutive months: • received from 100 different people, and • the total amount exceeded 12 minimum wage, then such transactions will be considered to have signs of entrepreneurial income.
