Increasing transparency and ease of interaction between service providers and tax authorities

The State Revenue Committee is implementing a unified database of third parties, which aims to increase transparency and ease of interaction between service providers and tax authorities.
On January 1, 2026, the requirements established by paragraph 6 of Article 56 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Order of the Minister of Finance No. 554 dated September 30, 2025, which approved the form of information on services rendered to third parties and the rules for their submission, will enter into force.
As part of the new procedure, it is possible to submit information in electronic form through the taxpayer's office, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the submission process.
Information is submitted quarterly, no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting quarter. Thus, information for the 1st quarter of 2026 must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
The State Revenue Committee recommends that organizations familiarize themselves with the new requirements in advance and, if necessary, use the available consulting services. This will allow you to provide information in a timely manner and without difficulty in accordance with the established form.
