Today, District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek held a personal reception of citizens, listening to residents’ requests and proposals. About 20 citizens attended the reception, which was conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The main issues raised included housing provision, employment, entrepreneurship, street lighting, and road repairs.

During the reception, the district head listened carefully to each resident’s individual concerns and provided explanations on a number of issues in accordance with the law.

He emphasized that all the issues raised would be taken under control and assigned relevant tasks to the heads of the responsible sectors to ensure effective solutions.

It should be noted that residents can make an appointment with the district akim via the egov.kz portal, the e-otinish.kz platform, or by submitting a written application to the akimat.
