On December 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold a public discussion via a Zoom conference of the results of the ongoing regulatory impact analysis on licensing the activities of hookah establishments.
During the event, the results of the regulatory impact analysis conducted within the framework of fulfilling obligations under the following will be discussed:
- the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Permits and Notifications’”.
Representatives of public organizations and the business community are invited to participate.
