REGULAR SESSION OF THE DISTRICT MASLIKHAT CONVENED

Today, the 43rd regular session of the District Maslikhat was held with the participation of the Akim (Governor) of the district, Berik Sarmenbayev. The session was attended by deputies of the District Maslikhat, deputy akims of the district, akims of townships and rural districts, and heads of departments.

In accordance with the agenda, five issues were considered, and relevant decisions were adopted.

• First Issue: The Chairman of the District Maslikhat, E. Azhikenov, presented a report on the work performed in 2025. The report comprehensively covered the main activities of the Maslikhat, the decisions adopted, and the progress of their implementation.

• Second Issue: Deputy Akim of the district, T. Nurtazayev, delivered a report on the draft district budget for 2026–2028. The draft budget outlined key indicators and funding sources aimed at the socio-economic development of the district.

• Third Issue: The Head of the District Department of Social Development, B. Smailov, reported on measures to support and improve youth policy in the district. Programs aimed at enhancing the potential of young people and future plans were presented.

• Fourth Issue: The Head of the District Department of Economy and Finance, E. Akhetov, announced amendments to the Syrdariya District Maslikhat Resolution No. 159 dated December 23, 2024, "On the district budget for 2025–2027."

• Fifth Issue: The approval of the work plan for the Syrdariya District Maslikhat for the first half of 2026 was considered. G. Bozhan, the Head of the District Maslikhat Staff, delivered a presentation on this matter.

During the session, the District Akim provided information on the results of the socio-economic development of the region.
