On December 25, 2025, the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region, Saktaganov Nurymbet Amanovich, held a working meeting with representatives of the foreign company HONG KONG BBGO INVESTMENT HOLDING GROUP LTD..

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of an investment project in the field of environmental reclamation and industrial waste processing in the territory of East Kazakhstan Region. The company’s representatives presented their international experience and technological solutions aimed at environmental rehabilitation of territories, integrated resource utilization, and the implementation of circular economy principles.

Particular attention was paid to issues of environmental safety, compliance with the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the expected socio-economic impact for the region, including the creation of new jobs and the formation of tax revenues.

The meeting became an important step toward strengthening international cooperation and attracting environmentally oriented investments to East Kazakhstan Region.
