In accordance with the 2026 media plan of the Control Department of the Almaty Region Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population, a seminar-meeting was held on the topic “Application of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Activities of Government Bodies.”

     During the seminar, D. Sengerbayev, Head of the Control Department in the Field of Social Protection of the Population, highlighted the key provisions of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code and explained the specific features of its application in the activities of government bodies, as well as its practical significance. In addition, participants’ questions were answered and an exchange of views took place.

     The event was aimed at improving the legal awareness of civil servants and ensuring the effective application of administrative procedures.
