Issues of Digitalization and Work Optimization Discussed

The Head of the City Akim’s Office, Meken Uisenov, held a meeting with akims of rural districts and heads of government institutions. During the meeting, within the framework of implementing the поручения of the Head of State, issues related to the phased introduction of IT technologies, digitalization, and the use of artificial intelligence capabilities in the public administration system were discussed.

Meken Uisenov emphasized the importance of introducing modern digital solutions into work processes in order to improve the quality of public services, simplify management procedures, and minimize the human factor as much as possible. In this context, the need to automate document management, use data analysis tools, and transfer internal processes to a digital format was highlighted.

Special attention was also paid to issues of work optimization. In particular, the need to reduce duplicated functions, decrease excessive reporting, and apply effective management mechanisms aimed at saving time and increasing efficiency without compromising the quality of work was noted.

The Head of the Office instructed akims of rural districts and heads of institutions to develop and implement specific proposals on digitalization and optimization within their respective areas. It was emphasized that these proposals should not only facilitate day-to-day operations but also enhance the transparency and efficiency of the civil service.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the need for systematic work in these areas and for ensuring that the implemented innovations are focused on achieving tangible results was underlined.
