Astana, January 27, 2026 - A working meeting between the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhandos Duisembiev, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kudaibergen Bazarbayev, took place at the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of customs and tax administration, including within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.

       It was emphasized that Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are united by strong fraternal relations based on historical closeness, mutual trust, and strategic partnership. The parties noted the importance of further deepening cooperation aimed at developing mutual trade, simplifying procedures for business, and strengthening economic ties between the two countries.

      Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual readiness to continue constructive dialogue, expand practical cooperation, and jointly work on the development of modern and effective mechanisms of customs and tax administration.
