You can pre-book an EEO coupon using the following methods:

Via the eGov Mobile mobile app:

The user is registering in the application;

Selects the Branch and the department he needs;

Selects the desired date and time from the available options.;

Receives an SMS confirmation of the booking from the number 1414 (indicating the date and time).

Through the portal eGov.kz:

Authorization using EDS or other identification methods;

Choosing a Branch and the necessary department;

Select the desired date and time from the available options;

Receiving an SMS confirmation of the booking from the number 1414 (indicating the date and time).

We also inform you that the issuance of coupons for a single electronic queue for the sectors of issuing ready-made documents and documenting citizens will be carried out in the same mode."
