A special meeting was held on the territory of the "Aina" market in Shymkent to explain the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, Alfarabi Mynbay, representative of the "Auyl" party of Kazakhstan for the city of Shymkent, spoke and discussed in detail the content of the proposed draft Constitution. He noted that the new edition prioritizes strengthening human rights protection mechanisms, modernizing the public administration system, and expanding citizens' opportunities to participate in socio-political processes.
In addition, the speaker emphasized the importance of legal norms related to entrepreneurial activity. According to him, protecting property rights, ensuring the rule of law, and increasing the transparency of government agencies are the main guarantees of sustainable business development. The proposed changes are aimed at creating a reliable and predictable legal environment for entrepreneurs.
Market traders and business owners actively participated in the meeting and asked relevant questions regarding the draft Constitution. In particular, a meaningful exchange of views took place on measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, land relations, taxation procedures, and interaction with government agencies.
According to the organizers, the main goal of such meetings is to widely explain the content of the draft Constitution to the public and convey the essence of the reform. At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their support for the new Constitution of our country.
