Currently, testing of the “Goods Declaration” module of the Keden information system is being carried out at the Maykapchagay customs post of the SRD of EKR. The program provides automating and simplifying customs clearance procedures, as well as converting paper-based documents into digital format. In particular, the system automates all types of requests sent to declarants; the Notice/Decision form on amendments to the DG, the CDA form and others.

The “Declaration for goods” module will be launched starting February 21, 2026. The launch will be made due consideration of the proposals and comments received during the testing phase. Please note that the function for submitting Declarations for goods in the ASTANA-1 information system will become unavailable.
