On February 18, 2026, a technical training session was held at the State Revenue Department of the East Kazakhstan Region for employees of territorial subdivisions. These events are conducted on a regular basis and are aimed at improving the professional skills of specialists in the provision of public services.

As part of the training, special attention was given to the following topics:
-  procedures for offsetting and refunding payments and taxes;
-  changes in tax reporting effective January 1, 2026;
-  special tax regimes (STR), change of taxation regime, and transition deadlines;
-  Q&A session addressing frequently asked questions from taxpayers.

The speakers at the event were Gulzhan Salimbayeva, Head of the Public Services Department; Gulmira Sabralimova, Head of the Public Outreach and Contact Center Department; and Lyudmila Agarina, Head of a division of the Public Services Department.

During their presentations, they provided detailed explanations of current issues and practical recommendations for working with taxpayers.

The regular organization of such technical training sessions helps improve the quality of services provided to citizens and organizations, enhance interaction with taxpayers, and ensure the effective operation of the Department’s territorial subdivisions.
