The branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kyzylorda region announces the launch of a pilot project for pre-booking electronic queue tickets. The project will commence on February 20, 2026, in the public service departments of the Syrdarya and Karmakshy districts.

The new service provides citizens with the opportunity to select their desired date and time for a visit in advance. For this purpose, one can use the mobile application "TSON," the e-government portal, or the unified contact center 1414. After booking, the applicant receives an SMS notification with confirmation.

Furthermore, the issuance of ready documents and self-service sector services will be provided, as before, without prior appointment.

It should be noted that in exceptional cases and in the absence of the possibility of pre-booking, one workstation is provided, intended for elderly citizens, WWII veterans, persons with disabilities, as well as foreign citizens.

We also remind you that access in the mobile application "TSON" is granted after authorization via IIN and phone number (available on App Store and Google Play).

The implementation of the pilot project will allow assessing the convenience and effectiveness of the new system and, if necessary, making improvements before a potential expansion of functionality.

Within the pilot mode, an assessment of the demand and effectiveness of the pre-booking system will be conducted. Based on the analysis results, a decision will be made regarding the feasibility of further implementation and possible expansion of the service's functionality.
