The Chairman of the Shymkent City Maslikhat, Bakhadyr Narymbetov, held a meeting with residents of the Al-Farabi district.
Bakhadyr Madeliuly began his report by explaining the main directions of the draft New Constitution. According to him, the new version places special emphasis on education and science, and human capital is identified as the main factor in the development of the state. At the same time, it is clearly stated that land and subsoil belong to the people, and the effective use of natural resources for the benefit of society is established as one of the main tasks of the state.
According to the Chairman of the Maslikhat, these changes will strengthen democratic processes and contribute to increasing the socio-political activity of citizens.
At the meeting, the district akim Maratbek Myktybekov focused on the work done last year. According to him, 38 children's playgrounds and 2 sports fields were improved within the framework of the "Budget with People's Participation" project. 931 multi-storey residential buildings in the district are combined into 628 courtyards.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the maslikhat and the district akim answered questions from residents and listened to their suggestions and opinions. The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, and the issues raised by residents were taken into account.
