On the use of navigation seals for tracking shipments in the EAEU
Dear persons who carry out activities in the field of customs!
The Department of State Revenue for Kostanay region informs that in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 09/23/2025 No. 84 "On the introduction of tracking shipments in accordance with the Agreement on the Use of Navigation Seals for Tracking shipments in the EAEU dated April 19, 2022", tracking will be introduced on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union from February 11, 2026. with the use of navigation seals in relation to goods transported across the territory of two or more EAEU member States, as well as at the place of departure on the border of the EAEU territory of goods, transported within the framework of the customs procedure of export.
