Vasily Ivanovich devoted his life to serving his hometown and its inhabitants. Throughout his professional career, he adequately represented the interests of citizens as part of the deputy corps, took an active part in solving socially significant issues, and contributed to the development and strengthening of the local government system in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
