According to Aslan Kaligazin, Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the introduction of the rating, regions began to monitor their projects more actively, systematized documentation, and focused on attracting investments.

"By the end of 2025, the leaders included PPP projects of akimats of Pavlodar region, Astana, Aktobe, Kyzylorda, Kostanay regions and Zhetisu. These regions attracted more investments than others, conducted careful monitoring of the implementation of PPP projects, and systematized project documentation. Mangystau, North Kazakhstan, Zhambyl and Akmola regions occupied the bottom positions of the rating," the speaker said at a press conference in the CCS.
