Mobile PSC: how many services Kazakhstanis receive through the app

Public services in Kazakhstan continue to go digital. Today, there are 1,448 public services in the registry, of which 1,278 are available online. One of these digital channels is the PSC mobile application, which implements 18 services, including 79 types of video call services, according to the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

According to the State Corporation, in 2025, the PSC mobile application was installed by more than 2 million users, and since the beginning of 2026, about 370 thousand more people have joined them. Through the application, citizens book a queue in advance, choose a convenient date and time of the visit, receive electronic QR coupons, check the status of submitted applications and track the delivery of finished documents.

One of the most in-demand services remains the receipt of a digital coupon. Since the launch of the service, over 3.5 million e-coupons have been issued, which has made it possible to increase the efficiency of the centers and simplify the planning of visits.

The application also supports remote service formats. Users can track the delivery of documents online, as well as use the Video Service, which allows them to get advice or arrange a service via video call with a specialist without visiting the department.

Some of the transport procedures have also been digitized. The application provides registration of a car purchase and sale agreement, checking the car's history, ordering state license plates and taking exams to obtain a driver's license.

According to the State Corporation, the PSC mobile application has become one of the key tools for online interaction with the public, and, as part of the year of digitalization and artificial intelligence, it will reflect the company's further course on digitalization of processes and automation of public services, providing a more convenient and accessible format.
