By order of the Akim of the district dated February 23, 2026, effective February 24, 2026, Farhat Kusainov has been appointed Deputy Akim responsible for land relations, agriculture, veterinary services, and entrepreneurship.

Farhat Kusainov was born on July 21, 1978, in the city of Zaisan, East Kazakhstan Region. He graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Kazakh Language and Literature, and from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in Law.

He began his professional career in the internal affairs bodies, advancing from a junior officer to senior leadership positions. He worked in divisions specializing in the investigation of property crimes and crimes against individuals.

He later continued his career within the system of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” where he was engaged in protecting business rights and reducing administrative barriers. He headed regional branches of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in the Almaty and Zhetysu regions. He also has experience in parliamentary (deputy) activities.

From November 2025 to February 2026, he served as Head of the State and Legal Department of the Akim’s Office of the Katon-Karagay District.

His appointment covers key areas for the district – the agricultural sector, land management, and the development of entrepreneurship.
