The Draft Constitution Discussed with Library Staff in Karmakshy

Today, as part of outreach activities in the Karmakshy district, Ruslan Rustemov, a member of the National Coalition “For the People’s Constitution of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan!” and a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, met with library staff. The meeting was held in an open format, allowing everyone to freely express their opinions.

During the meeting, participants discussed ongoing changes in the country, the role of the Constitution, and important initiatives affecting the future of the people. Ruslan Rustemov emphasized that justice and transparency must be the key priorities in this new stage. According to him, genuine national development is impossible without protecting the rights of every citizen.

He noted that the Constitution is not just a document but a fundamental pillar that protects the interests of the people.“Building a society where every voice is heard and equal opportunities are provided to all is our common task. We must build a just state together,” he said.

Library professionals also shared their views, highlighting the importance of culture and education. They made proposals on preserving spiritual values, increasing young people’s interest in reading, and developing the cultural environment.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the territorial coalition Adil Koshalakov, coalition members Orynbasar Tolepov, Yerbolat Uzakbayev, and Daulet Kanatbay, who informed participants about the amendments to the draft Constitution. They also called for unanimous support of the Constitution as a guarantee of the country’s future.

In general, participants agreed that joint efforts are necessary to build a just and developed Kazakhstan.
