Vienna, 25 February 2026 – In the Austrian city of Graz, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kazakh Scientific and Clinical Center of Cardiac Surgery and Transplantology and Sunlas Holding, a leading Austrian provider of healthcare and social services specializing in emergency medicine, surgery, neurology, orthopedics, psychiatry, and outpatient rehabilitation.

The parties agreed to develop a long-term partnership aimed at improving the quality of medical care, expanding educational and scientific cooperation, and exchanging best practices.

The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step in strengthening international medical cooperation and creates additional opportunities for introducing modern treatment standards, training specialists, and developing healthcare systems based on the best European practices.
