On February 25-28, 2026, Akmola region, Sandyktau district will host the RK Sports Tourism Championship in the discipline of tourist all-around (ski tourism) and the stage of the RK Cup in TM. (further competitions). The purpose of the event is to develop and popularize the tourist all-around and sports tourism, improve the tactical and technical skills of participants, identify the country's strongest tourists, attract students to systematic tourism activities, and form the Kazakhstan national team in the tourist all-around and sports tourism. 17 teams of 140 participants from Kokshetau, Akmola region, Astana, North Kazakhstan region, West Kazakhstan region, Karaganda region, Abai region, Zhetisu region, Aktobe region, Zerendinsky district will take part in the competition. Sports tourism is one of the promising and developing areas in tourism, which combines sports, as well as a wide variety of types of recreation and physical activity of a person. Participants included in the application who have access to a medical institution are allowed to participate in the competition. The team must have a uniform sports uniform. The delegation consists of 8 people, of whom 3 are boys + 1 is a girl, 2 are reserve participants, 1 is a representative, 1 is a TM judge. Age groups of participants: Boys: born in 2012 and younger; Juniors: born in 2008 - 2011; Adults: born in 2007 and older. The team competition includes three sports distances: personal-team, technical, and cross-country. The result of a team in a ski tourism technique race is determined by the sum of the time it takes to complete the race and the penalty time on the stages. All winners will be awarded valuable prizes.
