The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market has approved:

Bekzhan Pirmatov for the position of Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director at ALMEX Holding Group JSC (Protocol No. 18/БВУ/П dated February 26, 2026).

Talgat Kuanyshev for the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Home Credit Bank JSC (subsidiary bank of ForteBank JSC) (Protocol No. 19/БВУ/П dated February 26, 2026).
