26 February 2026, Astana – The Kazakhstan Agency of International Development “KazAID” organized a briefing on programs in the field of official development assistance (ODA) for the current year for representatives of the Embassies of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Board of KazAID A. Arystanov noted that sustainable progress in our region is achievable through practical cooperation, the exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as the strengthening of professional ties between our countries. Participants were presented with information on specific projects planned for the upcoming year, and the results of activities implemented during the previous period were also summarized. In particular, the outcomes of the implementation of the “Dostyk: Digitalization” and “Dostyk: Diplomacy” programs, as well as two components of the “Avicenna: Healthcare” program have been also discussed.

The briefing served as an effective platform for exchanging views and feedback from representatives of diplomatic missions of Central Asian countries.
