Today there are 7 parks and 9 squares in the city of Kostanay. Over the past year, 5 new public spaces have been landscaped and put into operation.

According to the results of this year's competition, two local companies are carrying out maintenance work on parks and squares. For the first time, the contracts were concluded for a period of 2 years. This format allows you to systematically plan activities, purchase the necessary equipment in advance, form a staff of specialists and improve the quality of service.

A number of shortcomings have been identified during the work. In particular, there are comments on the quality and timeliness of snow removal. Contractors have been given specific instructions to strengthen their work and ensure proper maintenance of the territories.

Special attention is paid to the fact that parks and squares should primarily use a careful manual cleaning method. This is important for the preservation of tartan coating, small architectural forms and green spaces. The equipment should not damage the landscaping elements.

The main goal is to provide the residents of Kostanay with comfort and accessibility of parks and squares throughout the year.
