Buenos Aires, March 6, 2026 - During his visit to Argentina Kazakhstan's ambassador to Brazil, Bolat Nussupov visited the Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan and took part in the opening ceremony of the Kazakhstan-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In his welcoming speech, the Ambassador highlighted the main aspects of Kazakhstan's socio-economic development, the favorable investment climate, and measures of state support for foreign investors.

He also spoke about constitutional reforms, which, among other things, set the economy the task of transitioning from a raw materials model to a technological one, where artificial intelligence plays a key role. During his speech, B.Nussupov also pointed out the great economic potential between the two countries in the fields of agriculture, space industry, and nuclear energy, and emphasized Argentina's experience in the agro-industrial and livestock sectors, which would be very useful for Kazakhstan.

At the end of the event, two memoranda of cooperation were signed between the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Argentina, S. Deluca, the Chairman of the Meat Union of Kazakhstan, M.Baktybaev, and the Director of Atameken Club LLP , establishing a new institution – the Kazakhstan-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and Industry – as a private initiative of the business communities of the two countries.

On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in June this year and for his contribution to strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Argentina, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Argentina, Mr. Santiago Deluca, was presented with a letter of appreciation from the Embassy.
