The State Revenue Committee provides additional information regarding the launch of the "Declaration of Goods" functionality in the "KEDEN" information system.

From 21:00 on April 10, 2026, technical work will begin in IS "ASTANA-1" to transfer functionality with limited access to the system.

The "Declaration of Goods" functionality in IS "KEDEN" will start functioning from 00:00

April 11, 2026.

In order to avoid possible difficulties during registration and authorization in IS "KEDEN," please:

• register in the system in advance;

• check accounts for possible blocking in case of long-term inactivity;

• ensure control over the validity of electronic digital signatures used in customs operations in IS "KEDEN," and, if necessary, renew them in a timely manner.

We further explain that from 00:00 hours on April 11, 2026:

1. DPs issued in IE "ASTANA-1" with declaration feature "VTD" shall be completed in IE "ASTANA-1" (submission and release of DP with declaration feature "HPH").

2. Supply of diesel fuel with the feature of declaring "VDT," according to which the release of goods was carried out in accordance with the ZVT in the IS "ASTANA-1," is carried out in the IS "ASTANA-1."

3. According to DT, for which customs control has not been completed, at the time of the start of the DT functionality in the IS "KEDEN," the release of goods is carried out in the IS "ASTANA-1."

4. The release of goods on diesel fuel with the peculiarity of declaring "PTD" registered in the IS "ASTANA-1" is carried out in the IS "ASTANA-1."
