Regional informal meeting of heads of preschool educational organizations for communication and exchange of experience

On April 9-10, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Educational Development "Örken" of the VKO Department of Education held the regional BRAIN BRIDGE meetup session "Leadership in Kindergarten: Team Management and Developing the Educational Environment of the Future". The aim was to create a professional platform focused on developing the leadership competencies of heads of preschool organizations, improving skills in effective team management, and shaping the educational environment of the future in accordance with modern requirements.

At the meeting, kindergarten directors shared their experience on the following topics:

– "Education through Values: 'Honest Citizen' and the Potential of Artificial Intelligence'" (Karimova Zh.K., No. 106 "Karligash");

– "Digital Transformation of a Kindergarten: A Step-by-Step Strategy for Implementing Artificial Intelligence" (Mikheeva O.V., No. 7 "Rainbow");

– "Today's Young Specialist – Tomorrow's Successful Leader!" (Oralkhanova A.O., No. 18 "Erketai");

– "Attracting Sponsorship Support for Kindergarten Development: A Leader's Practical Experience" (Raimbekova D.O., No. 1 "Balapan");

– "Development Plan as a Tool for Managing a Preschool Organization" (Akhaeva N.V., Valeological School-Complex for Gifted Children).

The head of the "Dana bala" Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education at the Sarsen Amanzholov VKU NAE, Alipova A.K., spoke about inclusive education for preschool children.

As part of the event, a regional hackathon for heads of preschool organizations was organized: "From Idea to Results: Projects and Initiatives that Change the Kindergarten".

The goal of the hackathon was to support ideas aimed at improving the activities of kindergartens through the development of innovative projects and initiatives in preschool organizations, as well as to develop the creative and project competencies of leaders.

90 heads of preschool organizations from the region took part in the hackathon. Based on the decision of the expert commission, the best teams were determined and awarded diplomas of I, II, and III degrees, as well as special nominations.

The meeting became a meaningful platform that inspired the participants and opened up new opportunities. Each leader added valuable experience to their professional toolkit.
