On April 27, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "Örken" of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region held the regional competition "Pedagogical Debut" for young teachers of Russian language and literature from general secondary education institutions.

The goal of the competition: to support and develop the professional potential of young teachers, enhance the prestige of the teaching profession, and disseminate effective pedagogical practices.

Ten teachers from the region participated in the regional stage. The works of the participating teachers were evaluated by the commission, and the results were summarized. According to the decision of the competition commission, the following were awarded:

- Diploma of the 1st degree: Diana Muratovna Muratova, KSU "Secondary Multidisciplinary School No. 37" of the Education Department for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk;

- Diploma of the 2nd degree: Marina Vasilyevna Alexandrova, KSU "Secondary School No. 3 named after Dinmukhamed Kunaev" of the Education Department for the city of Ridder.

- Diploma of the 3rd degree: Darya Ivanovna Khudyakova, KSU "Belousovskaya General Education School No. 2" of the Education Department for the Glubokovsky District;

The participants demonstrated a high level of preparation, a creative approach to teaching, and modern teaching methodologies. The event became an important motivational platform for young specialists. The competition confirmed the significance of supporting young teachers and their role in the development of the region's education system.
