Guangzhou, April 29, 2026 - A ceremony for awarding the Order of Dostyk, II degree, to Wang Songhua, deputy general manager of the Shenzhen branch of “China Construction Bank”, was held at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Guangzhou.
The state award was presented on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Consul General of Kazakhstan in Guangzhou, Valikhan Sarsembekov.
During the ceremony, the consul general highlighted Wang Songhua’s significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan–China financial and economic cooperation, the strengthening of investment ties, and support for joint projects in the banking and infrastructure sectors. The role of “China Construction Bank” as one of the key financial institutions actively supporting bilateral initiatives and projects was particularly emphasized.
The parties also discussed prospects for further cooperation in the financial and investment sphere, including expanding support for Kazakhstan–China projects, developing financing mechanisms, and enhancing cooperation in digital financial technologies.
In turn, Wang Songhua expressed gratitude for the high award and reaffirmed his interest in further strengthening cooperation with Kazakh partners, including the implementation of new investment and infrastructure initiatives.
The award ceremony once again confirmed the high level of strategic partnership and the dynamic development of financial and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.
