By agreement with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, a number of кадровые appointments have been made in the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A new Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard has been appointed, along with new commanders of the regional commands “Ortalyk” and “Batys.”

On behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs Yerzhan Sadenov, the newly appointed leaders were introduced to personnel by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs — Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov.

Major General Bekaidar Kazkeyev has been appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard. He has served in the National Guard system since 1991. Over the years, he has held various responsible positions, establishing himself as an experienced and professional officer. He has been awarded the medal “For Military Valor.” Since 2023, he had served as Commander of Regional Command “Batys.”

Colonel Nurlan Mukhamedov has been appointed Commander of Regional Command “Ortalyk.” He has been serving in the National Guard system since 1996. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions and possesses significant command and operational experience. He has been awarded the Order of “Aibyn” (2nd class) and a number of ведомственные medals. Since 2021, he had headed the Main Directorate of Combat Training of the National Guard Main Command.

Colonel Nariman Akbarov has been appointed Commander of Regional Command “Batys.” He has served in the National Guard system since 1994. Over the years, he has held various responsible positions, demonstrating himself as a competent and professional leader. He has been awarded the Order of “Aibyn” (2nd class) and a number of departmental awards. Since 2022, he had served as First Deputy Commander — Chief of Staff of Regional Command “Batys.”

These appointments were made taking into account the officers’ professional experience, high level of training, and merits in military service.

During the introduction, a number of specific tasks were assigned to the new leaders, aimed at further strengthening service and combat activities, enhancing combat readiness, and ensuring the effective fulfillment of tasks assigned to the law enforcement troops.
