At the request of the person having authority over the goods, temporary storage of the goods is carried out at:

-the warehouse of the recipient who is not included in the register of owners of temporary storage facilities or warehouses;

-motor vehicles, provided that the vehicle is located indoors or in open areas owned, managed, or operated by the recipient or used by him on the right of lease;

-railway vehicles located on a section of railway track that is owned, managed, or operated by the recipient or used by him on the right of lease;

- in places designated by the recipient or another person with authority over bulky goods that, due to their size, cannot be placed in temporary storage facilities specified in paragraph 1 of Article 165, with the submission of documents confirming the possibility of storing these goods in such places.
