On June 6, more than 100 members of the “Zhasyl El” youth labor brigades took part in the event and carried out sanitation and cleanup work along the banks of the Ilek River. During the campaign, the riverside area was cleared of household waste, and activities aimed at maintaining environmental cleanliness and improving the ecological situation were conducted.

Protecting nature and fostering environmental awareness are shared responsibilities of all citizens. Such initiatives help increase public responsibility toward the environment and encourage people to contribute to the cleanliness and beautification of their native land. In addition, these activities play an important role in developing environmental consciousness among young people and promoting a culture of respect and care for nature.
