New opportunities for the development of rural areas have been opened by the Concept for the Development of Rural Territories for 2023–2027, approved by the Decree of the Head of State.

Tomorrow, in the settlement of Sekseul, with the sponsorship support of the national company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy," the foundation will be laid for a Children's Center and a School of Arts. Additionally, a new sports and recreation complex will be commissioned in the village of Shizhaga, and the settlement of Abai will be connected to the centralized water supply system.

"The Head of State noted: 'Culture is the passport of a nation. The world community learns about our country primarily through art.' Culture is the spiritual support of the people and the great heritage of the nation. I am confident that thanks to the promotion of our national values in the new House of Culture, the spiritual wealth of society will multiply. May the new facility serve to develop the talents of our youth, provide new opportunities for the village residents, and become a center of cultural renewal",- said Murat Nalkhozhaevich. During the ceremony, citizens who contributed to the socio-economic development of the village, as well as employees of the contracting organization that built the facility, were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the regional akim.
State and public figure Bigali Kayupov delivered a congratulatory speech, and the blessing for the event participants was given by the village elder Shyndaly Abdiramanov.
In recent years, on the initiative of the former akim of the Kyzylorda region, Nurlybek Mashbekovich, extensive work has been carried out in the cultural sphere. Modernization has covered both rural clubs and cultural institutions in the regional center.
Over four years, about 55 billion tenge has been allocated for the development of the industry, and over 6 billion tenge is planned for the current year. Centers of Spirituality ("Rukhaniyat ortalyktary") have been built in all districts of the region.
