Today in Kyzylorda, on the Alley of State Symbols, a nationwide patriotic campaign “Ramizder Rukhy – Constitutsiyanyn Kushi” took place with the participation of the region's Akim Murat Ergeshbayev, dedicated to June 4 - the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It was attended by the chairman of the regional maslikhat, deputy akims of the region, heads of law enforcement agencies, the chairman of the regional public council, intellectuals, political parties, ethno-cultural associations, non-governmental organizations, and representatives of youth organizations.
The campaign opened with a thematic prologue "State Symbols - Symbols of Independence".
The head of the region congratulated those gathered on the Day of State Symbols and elaborated on the historical significance and importance of the main attributes of the country's independence.
"The Head of State noted: 'National symbols are the sacred relics of our Independence. The State Emblem, Flag, and Anthem are the signs of our unshakable statehood. Our sacred symbols proclaim to the world that Kazakhstan is a sovereign country, a worthy nation. The spirit of a people whose banner is high will be exalted.'
Our state symbols serve to glorify Kazakhstan worldwide as a symbol of peace and harmony. Our blue flag has represented the name of Independent Kazakhstan on international platforms, at the summits of global organizations. To honor and revere the State Symbols that have elevated our dignity and to pass them on as a legacy to future generations is our civic duty.
From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate everyone on the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan! May our state symbols, which have become relics of our independence, inspire our great aspiration for the future and be the impetus for our good deeds! May our unity strengthen, may every step we take towards a bright future be firm, and may the foundations of the country be unshakable!"- said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
At the event, the State Anthem was performed accompanied by a choir, and local artists performed patriotic songs.
The campaign dedicated to the Day of Symbols continued with a horse parade at the hippodrome. Emergency services personnel also emphasized the festive content by carrying the State Flag along the SyrDarya River on a boat.
