On June 12 of this year, the Chief of Staff of the Akim of the Samar District and the Commissioner for Ethics, Rauan Zhampeisov, held a meeting with civil servants on observing standards of professional ethics and measures to combat corruption. During the meeting, he noted the importance of observing the Code of Ethics and the principles of honesty and integrity in civil service. He also recommended strict compliance with anti-corruption legislation, preventing violations of professional ethics, and increasing personal responsibility when performing official duties.
