H.E. Ambassador Arman Issagaliyev met with the Minister of Municipality of Qatar, H.E. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, to discuss cooperation in agriculture, food security, and urban infrastructure development. The two sides agreed to further expand mutual partnership in these fields.
