Astana Hosted a Training Program on Women's and Social Entrepreneurship as Part of the She Impact Kazakhstan Project

A training program aimed at promoting women's and social entrepreneurship through the use of modern technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), intellectual property tools, and inclusive approaches was held in Astana as part of the «She Impact Kazakhstan» project.

The keynote speaker was Yelena Kulikova, Chair of the «Inclusion» Subcommittee under the Education and Employment» Sectoral Council.

During the event, Ms. Kulikova shared practical guidance on how to launch a social enterprise, outlined the government support measures available to entrepreneurs, and presented successful Kazakhstani projects that have implemented socially impactful business models.

Dedicated sessions focused on the development of the creative economy and women's entrepreneurship. Participants explored opportunities to monetize creative skills, develop digital businesses, expand online sales, strengthen personal branding, and apply modern business management practices.

The program also covered inclusive entrepreneurship, including the implementation of inclusive business models, the development of social initiatives, the integration of socially vulnerable groups into economic activities, and the existing support mechanisms available for inclusive business projects.

A separate session focused on the application of artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies in entrepreneurship. Participants were introduced to AI-powered tools for marketing and sales, business process automation solutions, and practical digital technologies that help improve the efficiency and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Throughout the training, women entrepreneurs actively participated in discussions, raised questions, and received practical recommendations and expert guidance to support the further development of their business initiatives.
