The First Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerbol Tuyakbayev, paid a working visit to the West Kazakhstan Region.

During the visit, he met with local residents and held a public reception. Most of the issues raised concerned the provision of invataxi services, the quality of goods purchased by persons with disabilities through the "Aleumet" Social Services Portal, the delivery of special social services, as well as occupational injury issues.

Relevant explanations were provided on all the issues raised, and the responsible government agencies were instructed to take the necessary measures to address them.

In addition, the First Vice Minister visited the Akzhaiyk Abilitation and Rehabilitation Centre for Persons with Disabilities, Zhelayev Bread Products Plant JSC, the greenhouse complex of WORLD GREEN COMPANY LLP, Steklo-Service LLP, and Ural Trade and Industrial Company LLP, where he familiarized himself with their operations.
