Kazakhstan and Belarus continue cooperation in the field of civil protection personnel training
12.07.2026 10:51:23 204Minsk, June 26, 2026 – Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Belarus Timur Zhaksylykov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 32nd graduation of specialists from the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus.
Vadim Sinyavsky, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, congratulated the young lieutenants on graduation. Addressing them, he noted that the country is proud of the graduates' achievements and believes that tomorrow they will be able to ensure the country's security.
In his welcoming speech, T.Zhaksylykov congratulated all graduates on receiving their diplomas, noting that Kazakhstan and Belarus have been successfully cooperating in the field of emergency personnel training for many years.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan solemnly presented diplomas to the graduates of the University and wished them success in their service.
This year's graduates include six Kazakhstanis who completed a full cycle of training and received their first officer rank, lieutenant, as well as seven undergraduates from Kazakhstan, two of whom received diplomas with honors.
