The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introducing E-Nazar, a digital psychological support system for military personnel.
The implementation of the system has reduced the time required to process psychological assessment results from two hours to just 10–15 minutes, decreased paperwork by 80 percent, and saves approximately 2,000 working hours for military psychologists.
E-Nazar integrates psychological testing, automatic processing of results, and analytical reporting into a single centralized digital platform.
The system allows conscripts, contract service members, and officers to complete psychological assessments electronically.
Among the key advantages of E-Nazar are a high level of personal data protection, rapid information processing, a significant reduction in paperwork, and a substantial decrease in the workload of military psychological services.
A particularly noteworthy aspect of the project is that the electronic versions of the psychological assessment tools were developed by conscript servicemen Corporal Kim Hyun Woo and Private Berikzhan Bektursunov under the supervision of senior officers. Their software solution has been patented, confirming its originality and practical value.
The effectiveness of the digital system has already been demonstrated during a pilot implementation at Military Unit 5573 in Astana. Following successful testing, the project is ready to become the standard automated psychological monitoring tool across all National Guard units.
The introduction of E-Nazar marks another important step in the National Guard's digital transformation and the modernization of its psychological support system for military personnel.
