An amnesty has begun for individuals who have committed administrative offenses.

Persons who have committed administrative offenses under only the articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses listed in the Law, with the exception of those specified in Article 8 of this Law, are exempt from administrative penalties.

Individuals who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, business entities (registered as individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Kazakhstan), private notaries, private bailiffs, attorneys, and legal consultants shall be exempt from administrative penalties in the form of administrative fines that have not been enforced as of the date this Law enters into force, or from the unenforced portion thereof as of the date this Law enters into force, for administrative offenses.

Enforcement proceedings shall be terminated in accordance with the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Judicial Enforcement Officers.”

The enforcement of decisions imposing fines, reviewed by the state revenue authorities specified in paragraph 1 of this article—with the exception of those specified in Article 8 of this Law—shall be terminated by the state revenue authorities.
