On July 01, 2026, a court hearing was held in order to prevent offenses among convicts registered with the Burlinsky district probation service, as well as to ensure the fulfillment of duties assigned by the court.

• During the court session, the idea was considered to replace the unserved part of the punishment in the form of restriction of liberty in relation to convict "A" with a custodial sentence.
• By the decision of the Burlinsky District Court, the submission was satisfied, and the unserved part of the convict's sentence was commuted to imprisonment for a period of 1 year, 3 months, and 22 days.
• During the period of serving his sentence, the convicted person repeatedly committed violations and did not fulfill the duties assigned by the court, namely:
• was absent from his place of residence on several occasions during night inspections;
• refused to use an electronic tracking device, thereby violating the order and conditions of serving his sentence;
• was brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 440 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The purpose of the event is to prevent offenses among persons registered with the probation service, as well as to ensure compliance with the requirements and duties established by the court.
