During the opening ceremony, he delivered a keynote address emphasizing the importance of developing youth diplomacy, strengthening interstate cooperation, and enhancing the role of young people in promoting shared values.

As part of the visit, he also attended the opening ceremony of a boat procession along the Ural River, organized to raise public awareness of the river’s environmental challenges.

In addition, he held meetings with the Advisor to the Mayor of Orenburg, the Head of the Youth Policy Department, and the leaders of youth centers and major youth organizations. The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in the field of youth policy, exchanging best practices, and implementing joint initiatives.

Local partners introduced the delegation to several youth infrastructure facilities in the region, showcasing their experience and the opportunities they provide for young people.

Such meetings contribute to strengthening international cooperation, expanding ties between the youth of the two countries, and further advancing youth policy to a higher level.
