On July 22, 2026, Deputy Head of the Department and Ethics Commissioner K. B. Shaiduev held a seminar-meeting to inform the Department's personnel about the "formation of an anti-corruption culture in society, absolute intolerance towards corruption, and the norms of the Ethics Code."

In his report, the Ethics Commissioner explained the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, the Ethics Code, and the Law on Public Service, as well as the rules on disciplinary penalties for public servants, which were approved by Decree No. 152 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015.

In addition, the ethical code requires civil servants to comply with generally accepted moral and ethical standards, follow the restrictions established by law, demonstrate integrity in society and in their interactions with citizens, avoid rudeness and humiliation, and adhere to the norms and principles of behavior.
