The “Abai – Dana” Competition Was Held in Kokshetau

The Kokshetau City Youth Resource Center, jointly with the Akmola Regional Branch of the Public Association “Senimen bolashaq,” held the “Abai – Dana” competition dedicated to the 181st anniversary of the birth of Abai Kunanbaiuly, the great poet and wise thinker of the Kazakh people.

The main goal of the competition was to promote Abai’s legacy among young people, introduce them to his profound philosophical ideas and Words of Edification, and foster greater respect for national values.

The participants demonstrated their knowledge and creative abilities by expressively reciting the poet’s works, presenting excerpts from his “Words of Edification,” and showcasing the multifaceted nature of Abai’s literary legacy.

Abai’s rich spiritual heritage is an invaluable legacy passed down from generation to generation. Educational initiatives like this help foster young people’s interest in knowledge, art, and spiritual development.
